Ordering & Payment Terms

Order Acceptance

All orders placed on Mittali Jewellers are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. We accept various payment methods including:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
  • UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
  • Net Banking
  • Cash on Delivery (Partial & Full)
  • Digital Wallets
Note: For COD orders, ₹300 advance payment is mandatory to confirm your order. The balance amount is collected in cash upon delivery.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders above ₹5,000. For orders below ₹5,000, a nominal shipping charge of ₹99 applies.

Every piece of jewellery from Mittali Jewellers comes with:

  • Hallmark Certification: BIS certified purity for gold jewellery
  • Diamond Certification: IGI/GIA certificates for diamonds above 0.30 carats
  • Quality Check Report: Detailed quality inspection certificate
  • Purchase Invoice: Official invoice with detailed specifications
Important: Custom-made or personalized jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Policy

Easy Returns: We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. The product must be in original condition with all tags and certificates.

Eligibility for Returns

Products eligible for return must meet all the following conditions:

  • Return request within 7 days of delivery
  • Product in original, unworn condition
  • All original tags, certificates, and packaging intact
  • Invoice copy must be provided
  • No signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Products with broken seals or tags
  • Made-to-order items
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Refund Methods

Note: For COD returns, refunds are processed via bank transfer. Please ensure your bank details are accurate.

Exchange Policy

Easy Exchanges

We offer hassle-free exchanges within 7 days of delivery. You can exchange for:

  • Different size (if available)
  • Different design (price difference may apply)
  • Store credit for future purchases

Exchange Charges

Free exchange for manufacturing defects. For size exchanges, shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Defective Items

Quality Promise: If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will arrange immediate pickup and provide replacement or full refund.

Reporting Issues

Report damaged/defective items within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Take clear photos of the issue

  • Include order number and description
  • Keep all packaging materials

Order Cancellation

Cancellation Timeframe

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, regular return policy applies.

  • Prepaid Orders: Full refund if cancelled before dispatch
  • COD Orders: ₹300 advance is non-refundable
  • Custom Orders: Cannot be cancelled once production starts
